MBIE's talent acquisition team are passionate about supporting our business to hire great people, and graduates are an important part of MBIE's plan to develop the talented people we need to deliver on our key priorities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Programme Advisor to join MBIE in this newly created role – to help us take our graduate recruitment & development programme to the next level.
You will be responsible for developing and managing MBIE's brand, and engagement with, the graduate market, delivering the end to end graduate recruitment process and coordinating the graduate development activity during the 18 month programme.
We are always looking for ways to improve our programme, so you will be able to make your mark with identifying opportunities to improve programme delivery and ensure MBIE runs an innovative, engaging graduate programme, hiring great people. You will identify synergies between our different graduate opportunities, and look for ways to ensure our graduate brand attracts a wide range of diverse applicants. Diversity and inclusion is particularly important to us.
The talent acquisition team have an ambitious work programme to support MBIE's talent acquisition priorities, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to work in employment branding, talent sourcing and pipelining.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, collaborates closely with all parts of the wider HR branch, and is a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow their skills in the talent acquisition or HR field.
