We have an opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Administrator to join and support wider leadership teams within our Business Management team in the Legal ethics and Privacy (LEAP) branch.
You'll be supported by your manager, team and fellow branch administration team as you undertake a variety of support and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for diary management, monitoring communication, preparation of documentation, arranging travel, event management, organising external and internal appointments, as well as working with the wider support team on a variety of projects and initiatives.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate:
- A proven track-record of experience and success in providing administrative support to teams and managers
- Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and process and Microsoft Office software applications
- Is proactive, highly organised, forward thinking and can get things done
- Able to work proactively and effectively as part of a team
- Sound relationship management skills and a customer service focus.
About the team
The Business Management team is responsible for a wide-range of tasks necessary and the primary responsibilities include: overall planning and coordination of the branch strategy, governance, and operational processes. These include business planning, reporting, monitoring, strategy development and delivery, governance, risk management, and a variety of assurance activities.
