We currently have a vacancy for a Programme Coordinator based in our Stout Street office, Wellington.
With a continuous large programme of work, we require an enthusiastic, smart, supportive Programme Coordinator. You will be supporting a large transformation team which will mean you need to be adept at juggling multiple priorities, confident using the MS Office suite, managing diaries, minute taking and organising travel.

You don't need to be technically minded to do this role, however some technology understanding or an aptitude to learn would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone with either a strong administrative background or someone currently in a coordination role. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, work well under pressure all while meeting deadlines.
