We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our new branch reporting to the General Manager within Immigration New Zealand. The Executive Assistant is accountable for providing confidential high-level executive support to the General Manager to ensure they are able to effectively perform their role and efficiently use their time and skill to help deliver MBIE's outcomes.
This role is entering the business at an exciting time of change and growth, and will bring with them:
- Proven track record of experience and achievement in a senior executive support role.
- Knowledge and understanding of working within a government agency.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to develop trust and credibility at the executive level.
- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Sound judgement and ability to re-prioritise as required.
