We have a great opportunity for and experienced PA/Team Administrator to join our branch. In this role you will be providing support to the Strategic Investments manager and team and the branch Director.
For the PA/Team Administrator role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A proven track-record of experience and success in providing administrative support to teams and managers.
- The ability to work within agreed processes.
- Is proactive, highly organised,forward thinking and can get things done.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Sound relationship management skills and a customer service focus.
- Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and process and Microsoft Office software applications.
