About the role:
We are currently looking for a Manager Immigration Improvement to lead within our new Operations, Tasking and Improvement Branch and to support the General Manager Operations (Associate DCE) to deliver on branch expectations. The Manager Immigration Improvement leads a team which is accountable for identifying and informing prioritisation decisions which result in ongoing improvements to the immigration system as well as the effective implementation of these. Prioritised improvements will be focused on ensuring the end to end operating model is optimised and designed appropriately.
The Manager Immigration Improvement is entering the business at an exciting time of change and growth, and will bring with them:
- Significant experience in a leadership role in a large organisation or public sector environment
- A proven track record of experience and achievement in design and improvement functions across complex organisational systems and operating models
- Experience in building and providing a service delivery model in a change environment
- An ability to develop and lead innovative and effective solutions to complex issues
- Ability to engage in clear sighted planning with experience engaging in process improvement activities
