About the role
The Principal Advisor within the Information & Education team will provide thought leadership and advice to the building regulatory system which focusses on how we can create a system that is customer-centric and user-friendly. This includes identifying who our customers are and examining behavioural techniques to support increased compliance in the sector.
Using your knowledge in education and engagement, you will lead large campaigns, consultations, and stakeholder engagements as part of the building sector work programme. As well as thought leadership, you will also provide coaching and mentoring to the wider team.
Skills and experience for the role
- Must have communications and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ideally has experience in educational content delivery
- Ideally has experience working within a regulatory system
- Experience in service design and/or design thinking techniques would be advantageous
- Innovative, resilient and ambitious to implement a vision
- Energised by the challenge of solving difficult problems
