We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Professional to step into a Strategic HR Business Partner role supporting our Market Services business group.
A true business partnering role, you will work with senior stakeholders to provide HR direction and leadership to meet strategic and business objectives. Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you will work with your colleagues in the HR Leadership Team to introduce people initiatives that help deliver group strategy, and assist in creating an agile and high performing culture.
A strong relationship management background will be critical in supporting this high-performing team of HR professionals to deliver innovative advice, products and services. This role works in a true partnership model where the successful candidate will be required to work at both a strategic level with the business while also being a champion for Human Resources.
Key skills / experience required:
To be successful in this role you will have a strong customer service ethic balanced with commercial acumen. A big picture thinker, you'll have the ability to create strategies and turn them into actionable initiatives. This role will offer the right candidate variety and challenge in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
