We are looking for someone with experience in providing the final piece to the puzzle to produce high-impact marketing and engagement solutions.


The Employment Services are seeking a highly experienced and capable person to provide expert and technical advice to Employment Services management on a range of channels available to the Information and Education team, including web platforms, marketing information campaigns and stakeholder engagement.


The successful applicants will lead development, planning, delivery and evaluation of innovative engagement and marketing strategies for the employment sector.


You'll need:

  • an excellent working understanding of a wide range of Information and Education channels, tools and resources
  • excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) – including ability to plain English legislation or technical guidance and write for a range of audiences in a variety of mediums
  • strategic thinking regarding complex employment issues
  • to engage directly with stakeholders to help them incorporate our products and messaging into their organisation
  • significant project management experience, and experience managing contractual arrangements for out sourced service provision
  • experience in managing complex internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • current knowledge and experience of the technical aspects of digital marketing including social media
  • proven experience in developing and delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • enthusiasm and a great attitude to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
  • experience in being the decision maker on key projects or issues


A relevant tertiary qualification preferably in commerce, communications, marketing and/or education is desirable, with at least 7 years of extensive relevant experience.
