We are looking for a Planning and Project Advisor to join the Business Advisory Services team in the Employment Services branch.  You will lead the continual refresh of the branch plan, ensuring that it is achievable, delivered and reported on regularly.  You will project manage larger or more complex projects within the branch plan working with business managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven project management experience in low to medium risk legislation, regulation or business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with business planning (development and tracking), ideally in the government sector.
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking ability. Capable of taking strategic thinking and transforming into deliverables.
  • Highly developed relationship management and communication skills to inform, persuade and influence.
  • Demonstrated agility in working across a number of topic areas at once.

Appointment range circa $90,000 - $100,000 depending on relevant experience
