This role will be responsible for the delivery of key business insights, reporting and forecasting supporting key decisions made by our Visa Services leadership team sup.  You will drive the business planning, forecasting and data collection and analysis of all aspects of the Visa Services operational performance, articulating the opportunities and challenges ahead.

As a seasoned Planning and Performance Manager you will bring your substantial knowledge and skills to create a top class business planning process cycle by developing our forecasting and reporting, modelling and analysis capability to support our senior leaders.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of smart, highly motivated individuals, fostering an open, collaborate environment that encourages quality.


To be successful you will have had experience in the following:

  • Successful leadership experience developing analytical teams
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Success in implementing integrated forecasting, operational performance reporting and business strategy in a large and/or complex organisation.
  • Track record of delivering continuous improvement in a role
  • Strong communicator
